nymble is built on a foundation of clinical evidence, behavioral science, and a deep belief that everyone deserves support that respects them as a whole person - not just a patient.
Most digital health products try to be efficient. nymble tries to be present. We designed our approach around a simple insight: people managing their weight don't need another dashboard or tracking app - they need a space where they can ask questions, explore their feelings, and get trustworthy guidance without fear of judgment.
nymble isn't trying to replicate a doctor. It's something new - a private, always-available companion that meets you where you are and supports you at your own pace.
nymble's content is created by clinical experts, including authors of the Canadian Obesity Clinical Practice Guidelines. Every message is rooted in science and evidence.
We work closely with leading researchers and clinicians - including collaborators at institutions like University College Dublin and across global key opinion leaders in obesity - to keep our guidance accurate, current, and grounded in the latest research, while actively countering misinformation.
We don't do wellness trends. We don't do fads. We do science - communicated with warmth.
We made a deliberate choice to deliver nymble through SMS and WhatsApp - not an app. That decision reflects our commitment to accessibility. Not everyone has the latest smartphone. Not everyone is comfortable downloading health apps. But almost everyone can send a text message.
This is equity by design - making sure that the people who need support most aren't the ones least likely to get it.
A multidisciplinary team of clinicians, engineers, designers, and operators building the future of behavioral health support.
